If he found out they are above the normal level,the doctor will advise before it is too late.The common advise the doctor gives at this time is to make changes to your diet.This is because you can improve their level in large extent by changing the kind of food you eat.

If you don't know i will tell you that LDL and HDL are primarily good and bad cholesterol respectively in the blood stream.Much is not said as regards triglyceride as it is regards as a type of fat.

What then is the effect of high level triglyceride in the body? When someone has too much of this in his or her blood,this could result to heart disease.

So,the food you eat go a long way in regulating it if the person has not eaten at least 14 hours before checkup.The normal range is between 10 and 250mgs/dl,but most people do exceed this range.

This basic diet plan includes eating foods low in fat.your breakfast for instance should be whole grain breads with a bit of egg whites.Avoid drinking coffee and in place of that take unsweetened tea.For people who like milk should use non-fat or try some fresh juice instead.

in addition,your breakfast can be light by having chicken without skin or taking lean cut meats like flanks,round,rump or sirloin served with some vegetables to go with it.

Ensure you drink bottled water more instead of taking diet soda because this can contain properties that are not right for people who is working on reducing his cholesterol consumption.

If you like eating quick bite of snack can have fruit and vegetables strips.This could be gotten in the stores,so you have to find time to prepare this yourself and put into your plastic container and slip into your bag before going to work.

You should have light dinner because you the body will soon go to rest and would not be able to burn fat and calories when you sleep.Steamed fish is a good food to eat along with a little pasta.You can have a glass a red wine to top in up.

This habit of eating healthy foods as mentioned should not only be done when at home but you should eat this when dinning out with friends.If you fail to keep to this diet plan,it may result in some harmful effect you may regret.Be determined and disciplined to live a healthy life free of these cholesterol.
